What are your safety protocols?
- Booking is required in order for us to manage gym capacity. Walk-ins may not be accommodated.
- Client/members must provide their own training gears (eg. hand-wraps, boxing gloves, arnis sticks).
- Inform anyone from our staff should you have any health concerns.
Do you have parking space?
- Yes, we have ample parking space located at the back of the building. Entrance is at the alley between Cake-2-go and PBCom Bank.
What do i need to bring?
- For Boxing and Muay Thai Classes: Handwraps, boxing gloves, shin guards (optional).
- For Kali Classes: Pair of arnis sticks.
- For MMA: Handwraps and MMA gloves.
Whats the attire?
- For Boxing Classes: Sport shirt (upper garment), sport shorts/compression pants (lower garment), rubber shoes (foot wear).
- For Muay Thai & Kali: Sport shirt (upper garment), sport shorts/compression pants (lower garment), no footwear needed.
- For Jiu Jitsu (Gi): Gi set with belt.
- For Jiu Jitsu (No Gi) and MMA: Rash guard (upper garment), MMA shorts (lower garment).
